· In 1997, Weifang Changda Feedstuff Co., Ltd. was founded.
· In 2000, Weifang Changda Chemicals Co., Ltd. was founded.
· In 2003, Weifang Changda Fertilizer Co., Ltd. was founded.
· In January, 2006, Changda International was founded upon Board resolution.
· In March, 2006, signed Stock Market agreement to be listed in UK, and ventured to become the first domestic listed company in Shandong province.
· In April, 2006, partnered with Sino-Mexico Economic & Trade Promotion Committee.
· In August, 2006, Mr. Chen Yanming, Vice-governor of Shandong province, visited Changda International.
· In August, 2006, the ammoniation project was completed and put into production.
· In September, 2006, passed ISO9001:2000 quality evaluation system.
· In October, 2006, Libo Capital visited Changda International.
· In December, 2006, the Heze plant and chemical plant were commenced.
· In March, 2007, Changda Fertilizer was awarded “Leading Agricultural Industrialization Enterprise”.
· In March, 2007, Changda Chemicals laid the foundation stone for its new chemical project. Changda is expected to become the largest producer and supplier of bromide in China and worldwide.
· In May, 2007, cooperated with China Unicom to build the modernized information network platform.
· In May, 2007, investment team from UK and US visited and Changda International.
